Meet the Team

John-Scott Atlakson Founder

John-Scott began his career at a non-profit where he built user-friendly tools and websites to analyze and visualize data.

He went on to work at startups and agencies in NYC overseeing several dozens of successful website launches as the lead of highly efficient development teams. He created the architecture and processes that allowed his teams to consistently execute on tight deadlines.

Green Light Go is a continuation and refinement of his vision.

Molly Dilmore Client Services Director

Molly has been managing client relationships and overseeing creative teams for the last eight years in large agencies and small creative shops.

She has worked with Heineken, Microsoft, Sephora, HTC, Alaskan Airlines, and Tableau on a range of different projects.

Her favorite part of the job is partnering with clients to understand their true business goals and finding a way to use technology to make those goals reality.

Patrick Ng Senior Developer

Patrick is a full stack engineer, with deep experience with a wide range of languages and platforms.

He previously taught at Launch School (formerly Tealeaf Academy) and worked at E*TRADE Financial. He enjoys solving architectural problems and understanding how complex systems fit together to build something more than mere technology. As a true craftsman, he is always growing and refining his skills.

In his off time, he enjoys skiing, biking, photography, and camping.

Clif Jordan Senior Front-End Developer

Clif bridges the gap between design and development. He is dedicated to creating delightful user experiences by keeping the user in mind in all he does.

He spent much of his career working with agencies, start-ups, e-commerce, and financial services companies. In a previous life, he worked as an editor and motion graphics animator.

Whenever he can, Clif likes to hit the trails for hiking, cross-country skiing, and mountain biking - preferably out west.
